A desktop control panel for a fleet of .NET microservices in development — starts and stops services, watches readiness and health, and surfaces logs in one place so you don't babysit a dozen terminals.

Chunked AES-256-GCM envelope encryption for large file uploads, with HTTP Range support so encrypted media can be streamed and seeked without decrypting the whole file.
